Your donors, your data, your number
Card numbers never touch our system. Volunteers type them into your own donation page, which sends them straight to your payment processor.
We stay out of your money. Gifts go straight into your own donation page, and we never see how much you raise.
Your number on every call. Donors see your organization’s number, not ours.
Your data stays yours. Download every call and its outcome after the event. We never sell your donor list or use it for anything else.
Texts only when a donor asks. A volunteer texts a donation link only to a donor who asks for one on the call. Every text names your organization and ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.”

iPads, app, setup and shipping both ways, quoted up front for your number of phones. Wi-Fi is the standard setup; cellular iPads are $59 extra each.
Many hospitals ask a sponsor to cover the phone bank.
Already have devices? Volunteers can also call from their own phones or computers, in the browser with nothing to install, and donors still see your number: from $59 per volunteer per event (minimum 10 volunteers).
Questions
It works if your Wi-Fi allows internet calls. Your IT team checks this ahead of time. If it might not, choose iPads with their own cellular connection when you book, at extra cost. Cellular can’t be added at the last minute.

Yes. Donors call your regular number: you forward it to the iPads for the event and switch it back afterwards.
Volunteers type the card into your own online donation form, as they would on a laptop. Card details go straight to your payment processor and never pass through our system.
No. Your own volunteers make the calls. We provide the iPads and the software.
