Each total is the full price for the event, with everything included.
Options
- Cellular iPads: $59 extra per iPad, if your Wi-Fi might block calls. Choose them when you book: they can’t be added at the last minute.
- Someone on site: $750 for up to 8 hours, $95 per extra hour, plus travel outside South Florida.
- Lost or broken iPad: $350 each.

Payment and cancellation
- Payment: half when you book, to reserve your iPads. The rest within 30 days after your event. Extras, like extra on-site hours or a lost iPad, are billed after the event. Card, bank transfer or check, with no card fee.
- Cancellation: cancel more than 30 days before your event for a full refund. Within 30 days, we keep the deposit, and nothing more is owed.
- Changes: move your date once for free if you tell us at least 14 days ahead, subject to iPad availability. Add iPads up to 14 days before your event, or remove some up to 30 days before, at no charge.

Up to 7 days of calling, with the iPads or with your volunteers’ own devices. Longer campaigns are quoted separately.
Yes. All calls during your event, coming in and going out.
Yes. For example, 20 iPads in the phone room and 10 volunteers calling from home, in one quote.
Each event takes the same setup work, whatever its size, so very small events don’t cover it. For a small group, your volunteers’ own devices are the lighter option.
Many hospitals and nonprofits ask a local sponsor to cover the phone bank, and thank them on air or at the event.
