Phone banks for churches, synagogues and Chabad houses

A ready-to-use phone room for your annual campaign, yearly appeal or phone-a-thon day. Your volunteers call and answer on iPads, with your own number and your own donation page.

5 to 100+ phones · Volunteers ready in 5 minutes · One flat price per event

One day of calling, without the setup

Your annual campaign or phone-a-thon day comes around once a year. You shouldn’t have to order phone lines, run cables or put a laptop at every seat for it. We ship iPads that are charged and logged in. They run on your Wi-Fi, and when the day is over everything goes back in the box. We handle shipping both ways.

What congregations use it for

  • Annual campaigns and yearly appeals: a room of volunteers calling members and friends on the same day.
  • Telethon and phone-a-thon days: your pledge line rings on every iPad until a volunteer answers.
  • Calling members: thank-you calls, pledge reminders and check-in calls from your own list, with your congregation’s number shown on every call.

How it works

  1. Tell us your date and how many phones you need, from 5 up.
  2. We connect your pledge line. People call the number they already know: your regular number, forwarded to the iPads for the day.
  3. The iPads arrive the day before, charged and logged in, with headsets.
  4. Volunteers start calling. The app is so simple that anyone who can use a smartphone is ready in 5 minutes.
  5. Back in the box. Your call results are ready the next day: who gave, who to call back, and notes.

Easy for volunteers of every age

Each volunteer has one screen: the call and your donation page side by side, with nothing else to learn. If someone missed a call and calls back, they reach the next free volunteer. If a member would rather give later, the volunteer can text them a donation link while they’re on the call.

If you prefer, we can lock each iPad so that, besides the calling app, it opens only your own campaign or donation page, with the browser removed completely. Volunteers stay on your page, and nothing else is open on the screen.

Your members, your money, your number

  • Gifts go into your own donation page. Volunteers type the card into your own online donation form, and card details never pass through our system. We never handle your money or card numbers.
  • Your number on every call. Members see your congregation’s number, not ours.
  • Your list stays yours. You download every call and its outcome after the event.

Yes, if you’d like. We can lock each iPad so that, besides the calling app, it opens only your own campaign or donation page, with the browser removed completely. Just mention it when you ask for a quote.

Yes. People call your regular number. You forward it to the iPads for the day and switch it back afterwards. Calls your volunteers make also show your number.

Volunteers type the card into your own online donation form, just as they would on a laptop. Card details go straight to your payment processor and never pass through our system. If someone would rather give later, the volunteer can text them a donation link.

It works if your Wi-Fi allows internet calls. Whoever looks after your network checks this ahead of time. If it might not, choose iPads with their own cellular connection when you book. That can’t be added at the last minute.

No. Your own volunteers make the calls. We provide the iPads, headsets and the app.
