We ship ready-to-use iPads for your radiothon, telethon or pledge drive phone bank. They run on your Wi-Fi: no phone lines, no wiring, no computers, no IT. No suitable Wi-Fi? Choose iPads with their own cellular connection when you book, at extra cost.
Volunteers answer calls and enter each gift in your own donation page, on the same screen. After the show, the iPads go back in the box.

How it works

Your event date and how many phones you need.
2. We connect your pledge line
Donors call the number they already know: your regular number, forwarded to the iPads for the event.
3. The iPads arrive
The day before your event, charged and logged in. The app is so simple that volunteers are ready to call in 5 minutes.
4. Volunteers answer
Your pledge line rings on every iPad until a volunteer answers, and the gift goes into your own donation page on the same screen.
5. You follow every call live
Who is on a call, and how each call ended.
6. Back in the box
After the show, everything goes back in the box. Your call results are ready to download the next day.

Yes. Donors call your regular number: you forward it to the iPads for the event and switch it back afterwards.
It works if your Wi-Fi allows internet calls. Your IT team checks this ahead of time. If it might not, choose iPads with their own cellular connection when you book, at extra cost. Cellular can’t be added at the last minute.
Volunteers type the card into your own online donation form, as they would on a laptop. Card details go straight to your payment processor and never pass through our system.
The volunteer marks them “will donate” and adds a note, such as “send a check” or “bill me”. After the event, you get the list to follow up.
Gifts are recorded by your own donation page, as usual. After the event, you also download a spreadsheet of every call (who gave, who to call back, notes) for your donor database, such as Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce or DonorPerfect.
Yes: thank-you calls, reminders for unpaid pledges, and calls to past donors before the show. The calls show your organization’s number.
